Salt and Vinegar – Somerset is the heart of one of only three vintage cider apple growing areas in England. Cider has been made at Burrow Hill Farm in Kingsbury Episcopi for 150 years and Julian Temperley is passionate about continuing this tradition. Salted – Sea water is harvested every day from the Menai Straits before being filtered, concentrated and crystallised to form pure, unadulterated sea salt. Cheese and Onion – The Alvis family practice turning and stacking the curds by hand which allows them to mature and develop the full, distinctive West Country farmhouse Cheddar flavour that goes into Pipers crisps. Sweet Chilli – Made from a blend of locally-sourced cayenne and jalapeño peppers, Pipers Biggleswade Sweet Chili Crisps are a delicious snack time favourite. Using chili peppers grown by the Genovese family in Bedfordshire Black Pepper – Delicious black pepper and sea salt crisps made with Tellicherry peppercorns. Chorizo – Crafted with locally sourced British Chorizo, Pipers Kirkby Malham Chorizo Crisps are deliciously savoury with an intense meaty flavour. *Please note if we run out of a particular item, we will substitute it for one of equal or higher taste and value.
